Zero tolerance
FoodFindr has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post, share, or send:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or hate toward anyone
- sexual, violent, or graphic content
- spam, scams, fake listings, or false reports
- illegal goods or activity
- other people's private information
- content that impersonates another person or vendor
Report and block
- Posts: open the post menu and choose Report or Block.
- Stories: tap ••• in the story and choose Report story or Block account.
- Messages: open the conversation menu and choose Report or Block.
- Vendors and listings: open the vendor or listing menu and choose Report or Block.
- Or email abuse@getfoodfindr.com.
Blocking hides that account's posts, stories, listings, and messages from you right away.
Stay safe
- FoodFindr doesn’t inspect or vet vendors, their food, or their permits. Ask about ingredients and allergens, and use your own judgment.
- Vendors: share a live spot or planned spot only where you’re comfortable being found and allowed to sell.
- Don’t share your home address, phone number, or payment details in messages.
- If someone makes you feel unsafe, block them, report them, and contact local authorities if you’re in danger.
How we enforce
We aim to act on reports within 24 hours. We may remove content that breaks these guidelines and suspend or remove the accounts behind it, at our discretion. Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service.
